04

Wrestling

Takedowns, control and pressure

Wrestling teaches takedowns, control and pressure, with an emphasis on what carries over to MMA. Sessions drill stance, shots, throws and escapes, then apply them in live rounds. It is physically demanding and one of the most useful foundations for MMA.

Who it’s for: All levels — a strong base for anyone interested in MMA.
